Our Story
Ken started working in the sheet metal trade in 1985 building duct work for Grayson Climate Engineers, then in 2002 he went to work for Plano Sheet Metal. While there he learned how to make more specified custom sheet metal fabrications, such as chimney caps, gutter, trip, down spouts and other metal fabricated roofing needs.
Ken’s work also includes fabrication for Eco-Tech Systems, paint booth exhaust systems- backdraft dampers, transitions, offsets etc. From then he ran and managed three metal shops for roofing companies – Swan Roofing (2009-2011), Lone Star Roofing (2012-2015) and Iron Horse Sheet Metal (2015-2017). As he spent the last 30 years working in the North Texas Region for other shops, it was time to open his own and in 2017 he did just that!
